Joann Franklin-Knox

As a tenacious leader of the Southern Heights Neighborhood Association, Joann Knox  has been a moving force behind her neighborhood becoming a cleaner, safer, more cohesive area for her fellow residents.  She has organized regular cleanup days, created more awareness of fire hazards, and advocated for City street paving as well as a Neighborhood Watch Program.  For over a decade, Joann has instigated and followed-up on numerous projects with high professional standards, thus making her neighborhood a better place in which to live.
