Charlotte Gurin has been an active volunteer with the Santa Margarita Neighborhood Association for many years.  In particular, she can often be found weeding, tending and planting daffodil bulbs along  Freitas Parkway, Monticello Street and Del Ganado Way each springtime.  And always, Charlotte demonstrates an enthusiastic, energetic, lively regard for her neighborhood and its surroundings.
