The Cultural
Affairs Service League, incorporated in 1979 to initiate, promote, sponsor and
carry out plans and activities to raise funds for the Falkirk Cultural Center,
has produced and volunteered at hundreds of events and fundraisers at Falkirk
over the past twenty-six years including their trademark afternoon teas, various
family and cultural events and art exhibitions. CASL has raised hundreds of
 thousands of dollars for Falkirk to help pay for interior
renovations, purchase real property to furnish the house and fund
special events and exhibitions. They hold monthly meetings at Falkirk to help
plan and develop the house, grounds and activities and have been an invaluable
part of the Falkirk house and legacy, spearheading activities, supporting the
staff and graciously presiding over this grand old Victorian.
